Gunn’s Hill Artisan Cheese Releases the Official Names of their three Swiss Style Cheeses

Although cheese-making began nearly a year ago at Gunn’s Hill Artisan Cheese, choosing names for the cheeses has been a slow and aging process, much like the process that hundreds of wheels of cheese in the curing room at Gunn’s Hill Artisan Cheese are also experiencing. The three names that Ysselstein has chosen are; Handegg (formerly known as Gunn’s Hill Firm), Five Brothers (formerly known as Gunn’s Hill Semi-Firm) and Oxford’s Harvest (formerly known as Gunn’s Hill Soft).
