Unlocked and Inspired - Coach the Coaches

Over the last 6 + years, Ontario’s Southwest (OSW) has invested in experiential tourism development training via Unlocked and Inspired. This year, OSW will be focusing on capacity building and will be facilitating a “Coach the Coaches” program. In this program, we will take you into the world of coaching where we will discuss how to coach experience partners through the ideation, creation, and implementation of experiential tourism.

We are only accepting 12 participants so that it gives a chance to practice higher-order thinking skills, provide the opportunity for group micro experiences, 1:1 mentorship, and generate group discussions where everyone can participate and form community.

This is a great opportunity for individuals who've worked at/as Destination Management Organizations (DMOs), municipalities, independent consultants, economic development officers, experience partners, and others who are looking to coach in the OSW region.

Where:
Elmhurst Inn and Spa and various on-site experience sites in Oxford County.
