What is the Skills Development Fund?
The Skills Development Fund (SDF) is an Employment Ontario funded program that offers funding to organizations to address the challenges of hiring, training, retaining staff, and overall, to drive Ontario's economic growth.
The SDF program promotes economic growth by:
Encouraging innovative approaches to support people post pandemic
Providing funding for projects that aim to increase employment outcomes
Addressing and reducing barriers to their training and employment
