Ontario’s Southwest Media Library

We have many high-resolution images and videos from across the region in our media library. You can access these media files through our online media library free of charge! New users are required to create an account in order to download images and video to use for your own business. After you log in the first time, a request to approve your access to the system will be sent to OSW staff. Once you have approval, you will be able to browse the extensive library. NOTE: the system has gone through a re-branding recently and is now called Simpleview DAM with a few updates. Categories are now located at the top of the page instead of the side menu. Everything else functions in the same way as the video below.

Once you gain access it’s really quite simple:

• Search for photos by using the search bar at the top or by using the categories on the left hand side.

• Select the photos and the size of photos you would like to download.

• When you’re done, go to the download queue and hit download on the photos you wish to download. This will trigger a message to OSW staff to approve your request. We want to monitor who is using what photos for what purposes to ensure that we don’t have everyone using the same photos. Please allow us 1-2 business days to complete this process.
