Marketing & Communications Manager

    • Developing and implementing marketing strategies and advertising campaigns that increase awareness and entice visitation.

    • Crafting opportunities for marketing partnerships that foster alignment across the region and extend our reach beyond our individual capacities.

    • Cultivating and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and media contacts vital to our marketing efforts.

Research & Strategic Partnerships Manager

    • Performing research and data insights for planning, developing, and marketing a variety of tourism projects.

    • Developing partnership projects to share resources through strategic collaboration.

    • Supporting organizations with participating in the Rainbow Registered Accreditation program.

Tourism Development Manager

    • Assisting operators in determining what programs are available to provide value and meet their operational needs.

    • Supporting the execution of sustainability initiatives and projects including the organization’s Sustainability Strategy Report.

    • Building relationships with tourism stakeholders across the region to help grow brand awareness and engagement.

    • Supporting day-to-day operations, managing logistics, supporting project execution, and coordinating our annual conference.

    • Answers the admin@swotc.ca inbox, and assists in various projects with the Executive Director.
