Cheryl Haskett is the CEO and Co-founder of two award-winning businesses: Udderly Ridiculous Inc. a Goat Milk Ice Cream Company & Udderly Ridiculous Farm Life an agri-tourism facility on her husband’s 3rd generation farm.

Cheryl serves as an inspiration to women in particular, having survived childhood and domestic abuse, Cheryl rose from welfare to being a highly rated corporate trainer, coach, entrepreneur and philanthropist.

With a passion for unleashing the best in others, Cheryl Haskett spent over a decade coaching & training individuals, teams and businesses to believe in what’s possible as an instructional designer, leadership facilitator and keynote speaker in the areas of innovation, emotional intelligence, engagement and team building. Then, in 2018, she transformed her own life by becoming a small business owner with the launch of her ice cream company, Udderly Ridiculous Inc. The company specializes in artisan ice cream using fresh Ontario Goat milk and cream paired with local ingredients like wine, beer and lavender. The company saw immediate accolades, winning 3 ribbons at the Royal Winter Fair and the prestigious Grand Prix of New Products in Canada and is now in over 300 retailers across the country.

In 2021, as a reaction to the challenges of the pandemic, Cheryl diversified and launched Udderly Ridiculous Farm Life, an opportunity for visitors to experience life on the farm, learning about agriculture, food security and food systems with the help of her farm animals. It also supports over 75 other Ontario food entrepreneurs through the farm market store and experiences. Since opening, Udderly Ridiculous Farm Life has launched 8 experiences, 3 corporate experiences, a charity event called Wreck the Dress and has won multiple awards including ‘Innovator of the Year Award’ at the Southwest Ontario Tourism Conference, ‘Best New Product Award’ at the Oxford Tourism Awards of Excellence and three awards (Collaboration, Sustainability & Innovation) at the Travel Industry Association of Ontario.  As if entrepreneurship wasn’t enough, Cheryl also is a mentor to other entrepreneurs and a certified experiential tourism coach supporting others in the elevation and development of responsible & experiential tourism in Canada.
