Paid Marketing Opportunities
The following opportunities provide you with access to high-quality photography, collaborative social media posts, and/or OSW’s engaged consumer audience so that you can position your business for success with the guidance of Team OSW.

Reach an engaged audience with a custom reel that will be posted on the Ontario's Southwest (OSW) social media accounts. We’ll create a custom reel for you with your submitted images and videos and post it to our Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. We'll also tag your social media accounts as collaborators or mention you in the caption to help you tap into our combined audience of over 86,500 followers!
What's Included?
The opportunity to reach OSW’s engaged consumer audience on Instagram and Facebook through a collaborative reel. We’ll also share on our TikTok.
BOOK NOW! Space is extremely limited, as we can only offer this opportunity once per month. Available on a first-come basis (maximum one (1) booking per partner per year).
We'll come to your business and collect content for a custom reel. Reach an engaged audience with a custom reel that will be posted on the Ontario's Southwest (OSW) social media accounts. We'll also tag your social media accounts as collaborators.
What's Included?
The opportunity to reach OSW’s engaged consumer audience on Instagram and Facebook through a collaborative reel. We’ll also share on our TikTok.
You don't need your own images and videos because our Communications Coordinator, Meg Carman will come to your location and spend an hour and a half (1.5 hrs) collecting content!
You'll have the option to sit down with Meg in person for 30 minutes to discuss your social media strategy and ask her any questions that you have about creating high-quality content.
We'll provide you with a selection of unedited videos and photos taken during the visit that you can use in your own social media content development.
BOOK NOW! Space is extremely limited, as we can only offer this opportunity four (4) times per year.
We'll come to your destination for the day and collect content for a custom reel. Reach an engaged audience with a custom reel that will be posted on the Ontario's Southwest (OSW) social media accounts. We'll also tag your social media accounts as collaborators.
What's Included?
The opportunity to reach OSW’s engaged consumer audience on Instagram and Facebook through a collaborative reel. We’ll also share on our TikTok.
You don't need your own images and videos because our Communications Coordinator, Meg Carman will come to your destination and visit up to four (4) businesses/locations for six (6) consecutive hours of content collection!
We'll provide you with a selection of unedited videos and photos taken during the visit that you can use in your own social media content development.
BOOK NOW! Space is extremely limited, as we can normally only offer this opportunity twice (2) per year. But since it sold out so quickly, we’ve added one (1) more spot for content creation taking place after July 2025. Available on a first-come basis.
Ontario's Southwest (OSW) will match up to $570 (total value is equal to $1,140) for a professional photoshoot at your business/organization. We’ve contracted Damian Dudek (Dudek Photography) for these photoshoots.

60 edited digital photographs that can be used to promote your offerings.

Submit Your Business Listing
Are you a tourism business owner in Southwestern Ontario? Then this free marketing resource might be for you!
You could qualify to list your business on our regional tourism consumer website: OntariosSouthwest.com which sees over 877,000 visitors per year.
Please see the Guidelines and Criteria for Submissions. Only those submissions meeting the set guidelines will be posted on the regional tourism website.
OSW reserves the right to make final decision on which submissions are included on website.
Get Featured in our Spring Marketing Efforts
Your input is vital to fueling Ontario’s Southwest content and communications efforts.
The information that you provide below may be utilized in our posts on social media, our website content, and in our paid media campaigns that run from February 16th until June 16th, 2026.
If you wish to have your content considered for our spring paid media campaign, please fill out this form prior to February 8th, 2026.
We will still welcome submissions past that date for potential use on social media.
